Our customer service professionals are available any time Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST (excluding holidays). One of our factory-trained technicians will also be on call after our regular business hours to help you with any technical questions you may have.
Depot Repair
Palomar systems are compact, enabling the equipment to be easily shipped between your office and Palomar's state-of-the-art facility where service and repair are performed. Quality service is provided by Palomar's customer service specialists who work quickly to address any concerns. Downtime is minimized with our loaner program and different service options. Technicians are available by phone during regular business hours to answer questions and walk you through any matters; customer service is available by a paging system for off-hours and holidays. Call 1-800-PALOMAR and select option 5 for any questions about our depot repair.
Loaner Program
Palomar understands how important it is to keep your office running on schedule.
If you experience technical problems simply call 1-800-PALOMAR, option 5, and our customer service department will be ready to help troubleshoot.
If we are unable to solve the issue over the phone, we can arrange to have loaner equipment shipped to you. Loaners are included in our original warranties on systems sold and product service agreements. Loaners minimize system downtime, treatment rescheduling and the potential for lost revenue while your equipment is in our factory for repair.
Service Agreements
Like other high-quality products, our systems may require maintenance from time to time. Why take the chance of paying for costly repairs when you can have a service agreement that covers it after the original warranties expire?
